I Might Have The Home I Need As You

I might have the home I need as you
If I could surprise you with myself as real
I might have the home I need as you
Really was me all these years

I write too many stories are true
Life, time stories about you
Thoughts until my eyes close to you
My mind cries for silence I can't find

I might have the home I need as you
If I could surprise you with myself as real
I might have the home I need as you
Really was me all these years

I see places too many the same
In any turn I try to take
Never to leave this one room
Ages with ages of never ending gloom

I might have the home I need as you
If I could surprise you with myself as real
I might have the home I need as you
Really was me all these years

Even when I smile, down in my frown
I feel feelings too hard to feel
Day never ends, night never ends
Nothing new begins again

I might have the home I need as you
If I could surprise you with myself as real
I might have the home I need as you
Really was me all these years

.........

After So Many Years Of You

After so many years of you
I can notice more of the truth
When never to hear from you
My quiet friend found to choose
My way to move through you
Sadness I feel true
When I want to speak then I don't
Only laughter in life is real
On a moment here then there
Wherever I find myself
To share my next day with night
Here comes another lost why
Do so many years of you (me)
Have to hold meaning for love
After so many years of you

....

Wishes, Thoughts, Without Love

Wishes, thoughts, without love
After one house to another
Of there is nothing left only
Wishes, thoughts, without love

One days left behind
In new days to come
Torn apart by hurt
Too young to learn

Wants never found
Needs always around
Broken down

In wishes, thoughts, without love

Wishes, thoughts, without love
After one house to another
Of there is nothing left only
Wishes, thoughts, without love

I can't forgive
How hard I lived
Tonights are the same
Some nights

What will change life
My life never replaced
Never found again from

Wishes, thoughts, without love

Wishes, thoughts, without love
After one house to another
Of there is nothing left only
Wishes, thoughts, without love

....

Sadness Can Break Your Mind

Sadness can break your mind
Tear the heart down inside
Drop feelings into rough times
Guilt in the deep of love
Sadness can throw a curve
Noone may overcome
Sadness has thick walls
No doors to walk through
No holds to free life
Sadness is truly down time
Makes eyes look down
Will only go round and round
Into sadness will cry and cry
Let me leave this sadness behind
Sadness can destroy your day
Sadness can destroy your night
Sadness can break your mind

....

To Breath Life Into You

I feel to share my sorrow
My feelings to send to you
I don't spend my time on anyone
Think of how to mend love

To breath life into you
As I understand where you walk
My quiet peace sits silent
To breath life into you
A moment for your silence
To breath life into you

From one touch of time to another
Never forgotten are my old days
Who was around to shadow me
Protect me from
Storms I may have found

To breath life into you
As I understand where you walk
My quiet peace sits silent
To breath life into you
A moment for your silence
To breath life into you

To return into your arms for now
Those chosen few homes I lived
It's hard to hear of troubled times
I work wonders when I see you down

To breath life into you
As I understand where you walk
My quiet peace sits silent
To breath life into you
A moment for your silence
To breath life into you

From one touch of time to another
Never forgotten are my old days
Who was around to shadow me
Protect me from
Storms I may have found

To breath life into you
As I understand where you walk
My quiet peace sits silent
To breath life into you
A moment for your silence
To breath life into you

You Just Found My Writing

You just found my writing

I am very real
Can break mountains
Into hills for you

I have my fave life
Times of past
Never leavemy mind
With love sent to you

You just found my writing

I can catch stars
Sharp to the storms
I walk through

I have friends strong
Stronger than known
The unknown of you

You just found my writing

I used my days
On saved ways
As this night is true

Want to see me again
Want to hear from me

You just found my writing

....

Nothing More Than A Game

All of life is not the same
All of life is the same

Nothing more than a game

All of time for one place
All of time for a new place

Nothing more than a game

In any meaning shared
From any words shared
Care to change the words to

Nothing more than a game

All of love is not the same
All of love is the same

Nothing more than a game

Nothing more than a game

...

In A World Of Time

I hear a lot of stories
Doesn't mean are true
I watch a lot of pictures
Shows of life

In a world of time
I don't move time
I've tried

I only write of my day
Of my night
My years behind me
My thoughts of want
My quiet needs
My missing touch

In a world of time
I dn't move time
I've tried

Ask me anything
I can only say

In a world of time
I don't move time
I've tried

In a world of time
I don't move time
I've tried

A Waiting Game

A waiting game

A waiting game
Is to believe
In real miracles
Wishes come true
If I keep my need on you

All I have to play
There is nothing
I can do to change
For the life I hold
I could never live to say
Meaning one way
Feelings of strange

A waiting game

A waiting game
Is to believe
In real miracles
Wishes come true
If I keep my need on you

I need to walk away
I am too worn
Into my day
Too old
Heard it all it seems
Isn't for me

A waiting game

A waiting game
Is to believe
In real miracles
Wishes come true
If I keep my need on you

A waiting game

...

An Endless Game Of Reason

An endless game of reason
Only is a change of season
Eternity is for always
Learn from me this day around
Courage isn't easy
Only another way
Until one world ends
Into another and then
All sides live it again

...

As Tomorrow Can Be

Now childhood was bad
Then childhood was sad
I lived some happy times

As I look through today
With that was yesterday
As far away

As tomorrow can be
Take tomorrow
As tomorrow can be

Stop asking me why
Love is what it is, how
In front of you

Never comes true when
You said so yourself
Time doesn't play fair

As tomorrow can be
Take tomorrow
As tomorrow can be

Never comes true when
You said so yourself
Time doesn't play fair

As tomorrow can be
Take tomorrow
As tomorrow can be

As tomorrow can be
Take tomorrow
As tomorrow can be

One Window To Open To Nowhere Else

One window to open to nowhere else to see how I was the strength of my hope
My violin was set down at seven if I remember oh how many sounds I held
A drum beat kept time to the rhythm I was given to blend with chimes, bells
Too many toys ruined me for I had a hard want to ask, never needed a wish
Planes to fly into a sky I still didn't know existed a yuke I asked my dolls play
I don't even know if I needed to think for long before a song was handed down
Under my bed was full of treasures I tried to say was too much but now not so
Drawers of you open for pleasures came true where I hid in my little girl way
Swinging slides aside of the house you became of the tire in my tree tonight
So a small room carried silence when I should have heard you talk more to me
One window to open to nowhere else to see how I was the strength of my hope
my violin was set down at seven if I remember oh how many sounds I held
A drum beat kept time to the rhythm I was given to blend with chimes, bells
One window to open to nowhere else to see how I was the strength of my hope

....

I Could Turn My Mirrors Clear

I could turn my mirrors clear would like to know though
How my floors are never cold when yours
This may be as far into you as I can travel
So I will take all I can from you I find
Make the best of your eyes reads your mind
For I might need you again you might need me
Never know how the love of life calls
Or when better to be ready so you don't leave me behind
Without memories to play to keep time real
Talk to the ocean as if you are there
As you were when at home can't compare
Hand you a sun doesn't burn your hands or your heart
It's a return for how you were the only ear
I could turn my mirrors clear would like to know though
How my floors are never cold when yours

...

Anything

Anything will never be my possible heart beat
I didn't ask to follow as the life of a singer still don't find the need
Never cared to be a musician only enjoyed how I played
Choral was a lesson taken to get through my years of school
Writing became a want when I realized words had meanings
I could share my feelings so I was left alone to reach my pleasure
To read of something no one else could do to get to you
I had time on my hands didn't seem worth the waste on anyone else
I don't agree love is over until I look back and there isn't any love left
Can't tell me anything before I tell myself especially of you
Anything will never be my possible heart beat I must understand too
I set aside a few days to get out of my mind long enough to return
Only watch now what I wasn't raised to see then, then start again
I would forget the destruction of my world with you only for awhile
Anything will never be my possible heart beat

....

I'm Not A Cover Musician

I'm not a cover musician only on the cover of my own want
Still don't need anything wasn't written into my life unless young
To talk with you or someone understands my special mind
Memories are the only world I long to bring back to love
I was told sit tight don't give up on what some call a dream I call time
I couldn't be mistaken because I was taught not to mistake need
Things we all experience will go on as if experience is it's own sound
Listen to the metronome if the walls seem cold with dark no way out
Who you were more than someone to turn down a road ends your want
Oh every new day truly becomes the old and never stops is real
Use care, use care agree with those books you read were ours
I'm not a cover musician only on the cover of my own want

....

If Anyone Asks

If anyone asks I wouldn't suggest to follow how I came to my yesterday again
Now I'm here I can't leave and todays keep moving by never can end
I watch a so chosen few one time players I may speak with won't care
Or even remember me enough to blink an eye at where I stand I feel
My writings may be all I ever hold as those some minutes we shared
Some bracelets return to mind but a rare experience carries these back to me
Many times to hear the same words from the same years is the only way
A few rings appear clear then fade into the last street I was on with you
I wasn't a group player unless for my own will if anyone asks
If anyone asks I wouldn't suggest to follow how I came to my yesterday again

....

Before You Try To Wake Me

Before you try to wake me into an unreal memory
Hendrix introduced me to the city then to Eric in his scene
You appear as an experience once settled in with the kids like me
If I could only bring someone from the crowd around
Cause you sure don't care I talk about the feelings I feel now
Everything I write must be more than a boring old song once gone wrong
So real yesterdays mean the only world I understand to find
I didn't have all kinds of guys to love I wasn't allowed to be so free
One was all I was to need then I tried to choose who my heart wanted
But then again you weren't to remember me were you never will
I don't spend my life on imagining what I may have enjoyed you know
One day will be the end of this completion to my years on earth was true
Good thing I was handed a world beyond the signature of who should I be
And Hendrix gave me the key I turn every night had to be reminded
Along with many artists later I met carried me through
Before you try to wake me into an unreal memory

....

By God Then Get Your Lines Strait

By god then get your lines strait for I listen to the lines made my life
I rely on friends from my years of love and life to remind me of my memories
It's hard enough to bring together every turn I had to take to get to you
Many hours I spend on the same words until a new picture comes to sight
Doesn't mean much today as I found my way to the first village stay
But you could be a little bit more true to those who loved you more than time
And you may not hold the answers to every reason in the weeks I now see
You could have taken a second to say hello I was right whatever the end was
By god then get your lines strait for I listen to the lines make my life
How hard it is on me to get over who you were to me the same how I lost you
If you have your own mind isn't my fault if you don't I was still the heart of you
By god then get your lines strait for I listen to the lines made my life

...

No Care To What You Have To Say

I don't know I can ever listen to you again no care to what you have to say
No care to what you have to say
You threw your chance away at a yesterday was more precious than life
I treated as the most important beginning of what love was supposed to be
How you sleep at night makes me wonder what your feelings ever were
Sure I know every move in the mimick of thought to rhyme so I found yours
Did you just get too big to fail in this music world oh I been around as a kid
Once a hall of famer you became in your mind untouchable by young emotion
Well believe me when fate hits you and that fame can no longer protect you
Remember me when I called and you weren't available for me to be held by
Through the ending of a long road was empty for my want to see you again
Talk about a nasty attitude didn't care to reach the calm after time to explain
I don't know I can ever listen to you again no care to what you have to say
No care to what you have to say
No care to what you have to say

....

Where Is Your Compassion

Where is your compassion to know I never got over you
How I had to live a life was lost to a yesterday I couldn't return
Happy or not for the future we may have shared isn't the subject
I was cheated out of the love I should have found myself even wrong
Taken from who next if not you may have been forever mine
If you think I play this writing game with myself without a reason
You need to take another look at some of the thoughts you remind me of
I had no one to understand what I was looking to become before my eyes
Before any influence came by to touch my want how I walked my land
Where is your compassion to know I tried again to get to you if to talk
One friend I trusted with every song came my way once I started to sing
Oh if I was stupid I would throw everything away to forget you
But I have many other memories to keep me busy so oh oh
Where is your compassion to know I may always remember you
Where is your compassion to know I never got over you

Making Rain

Making rain this is all I know
Trying to find understanding's road
Making rain paying with my heart
Once protected by you

Making rain in my sleep
Win this world one time
Making rain I never said goodbye
How time plays with my eyes

Making rain is my life

I speak to no one though I try
Holding reason alive for a song
Just to carry feelings along
I'll follow you after the sun

Making rain is my life

Making rain it's my life

I speak to no one though I try
Holding reason alive for a song
Just to carry feelings along
I'll follow you after the sun

Making rain is my life

Making rain it's my life

Making rain is my life

Making rain it's my life

Only One Light

On a broken old chair
In a dirty old room
With only one light
Only one light
To see my way
Only one light
To shine on me
Only one light
I can't understand
I can't hear why
Only one light
On a broken old chair
In a dirty old room
With only one light
